If you want to pick up your product you will have to confirm a previous appointment with a minimum of 3 days, please contact us first to know if your product is ready to deliver; deliveries are made in the store during office hours.
Return & Exchange Policy

In the ORZO store, we put the best attitude and try to reach your expectations with our products; Unfortunately, some aspects, such as color variation, small spots, etc. They are not in our hands.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged.
Given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We can not accept returns for:
* Custom orders
* Change of colors or the latest model.
* The color is not similar to the one in the photo.
* Minimal details of the design.
Return conditions
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
